The biggest advantage here is that the collection is being continuously developed and updated by a professional
strategy development firm.
Each EA comes with a 4-year, "tick data" strategy test report to back it up, and the rules of each system are fully disclosed so that traders understand exactly what the EA is doing.
Even better, each strategy shares the following characteristics:
- only one position (buy or sell) can be open at any time
- fixed SL and TP levels are set immediately for each order
- the typical SL range is just 30-40 pips
- totally plug-n-play
The back-tests cover January 2012 through to December 2015, and:
- All tests use tick data for maximum accuracy / realism
- All test trades are fixed-size (0.10 lots) to avoid skewing the equity line
- No tested strategy exceeds 10% peak-to-trough drawdown (based on initial balance)
